Bestudios.ai may be used for lawful content creation purposes only. Users may not generate content that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or violates our content policy.

AI-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for commercial use under your subscription plan. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws.

Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly. Credits included in your plan expire at the end of each billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits do not expire. All payments are processed by Stripe.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Contact support within 7 days of a charge if you believe there was a billing error.
